Game Preview: Cincinnati vs Baylor
Homecoming weekend brings a big one to Clifton as the No. 21 Cincinnati Bearcats host the Baylor Bears at 4:00 PM inside Historic Nippert Stadium. The Bearcats come in as 3.5-point favorites, looking to build on last week’s dominant 49–17 win over Oklahoma State. QBk Brendan Sorsby continues to lead a balanced Cincinnati attack, throwing for 270 yards and three touchdowns in Stillwater, while running back Evan Pryor added over seven yards per carry. The Bears, meanwhile, are coming off a shootout loss to TCU and will look to rebound behind QB Sawyer Robertson and WR Ashtyn Hawkins. The oddsmakers expect plenty of points (O/U: 67.5), but our prediction? It’s not quite the shootout everyone’s expecting. The Bearcats control the pace and win by a touchdown in front of a packed Homecoming crowd at Nippert.

Homecoming Parade & Road Closures
Homecoming Saturday kicks off with one of UC’s best traditions, the annual Homecoming Parade at noon! Find your spot along Clifton Avenue to cheer on students, alumni, and community groups as they bring Bearcat spirit “Down the Drive.” Be sure to swing by the UC Alumni Association tent (across from Stratford Heights), the first 200 fans to check in will score a free 2025 Homecoming t-shirt featuring this year’s theme, “Bearcats for Life.” Road Closures: Calhoun Street closes at 10:00 AM, Clifton Avenue closes at 11:00 AM, and expect parking garage entry restrictions near Calhoun, Clifton Court, and Stratford.
